Order processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are always working to improve the order process to ensure faster turnaround time. We guarantee that, within a maximum period of 7 working days (Madrid, Spain), the received order will be shipped. In the event that a problem arose that made it impossible to fulfill said commitment, the client would be contacted to communicate this fact and choose to wait or proceed to refund the money paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment by credit\/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer are accepted (request data by mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Image accuracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although there may be slight differences in the colors of the image due to different monitor settings, we try to make the images as similar as possible to the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All sales are final once the digital file has been downloaded. There will be no refunds or exchanges should you change your mind, so please read the description carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and packaging of physical products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ship all orders from Spain through Grupo Correos. Packages that are original works of art will be sent via certified and priority mail. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks, or in rare cases up to 6-8 weeks, depending on your location and circumstances. Domestic postage-paid envelopes take 1-2 weeks, while international postage-paid envelopes take 4-8 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prints are shipped flat, corrugated cardboard backed in rigid boxes or envelopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping address:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there is an error in your address and we have not yet shipped your order, please email susan@susanisaac.com<\/strong> with your name, order number and corrected address. If the order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer change its destination. Any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the item will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any additional costs when the package arrives in your country (customs fees and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item is reported lost or damaged, we will file a claim with the courier (usually takes 30 days) and refund the full insured amount that can be claimed, less shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that only items with insurance can file a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item was unclaimed and returned to me, the buyer would have to bear the new or additional shipping cost to resend the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded should you suddenly change your mind. All packages are carefully packed with backing boards, boxes, or padding wraps to make them as secure as possible. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for its handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in special cases where the item arrives damaged and it proves to be an oversight on my part, I will replace it at no additional charge to the buyer. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving item with photos of proof of damage. Please note that only printed items can be replaced. Original artworks, on the other hand, cannot be returned or replaced as they are one of a kind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
